This Friday, May 28, the band is proud to be a part of the big Alex Chilton tribute/benefit show happening at Cats Cradle in Carrboro, NC. Doug organized the whole affair and has assembled an impressive lineup of local bands and solo acts to be a part of the show. Proceeds will go towards the Future of Music Coalition’s HINT (health insurance navigation tool), an outreach program aimed at musicians without health insurance. Like the other acts on the bill, we’ll be covering two of our favorite Chilton/Big Star/Box Tops songs.
